Note: Treatment is tailored specifically to your needs. As a starting point. in some cases, we will utitlized Cognitive Behavioral Thearpy (CBT) strategies to start our work together for a minimum of 8 sessions. Most clients see gradual improvement of their symptoms within a month and consistent improvement thereafter with coping strategies implementation.
